SOCIAL HIDEOUT | WATERLOO, SYDNEY | SUMMER 2018 | BY INVITATION (CPM)

Unless you’ve been living under a rock the past couple months, the new Queen of Cafes now makes her palace in Waterloo, and she brought her posse of florals with her.

You will find me anywhere there’s food or flowers; or you will find my second home that is here, at SOCIAL HIDEOUT in Waterloo.

THE FONT CAFE | CHIPPENDALE, SYDNEY | SUMMER 2018 | BY INVITATION

I found out about FONT CAFE when I walked by their BRIGHT NEON GREEN SIGN one day while I heading out to try BUBBLE NINI. The two stores are in the same building, and is only across the way from another prominent local cafe SOMETHING FOR JESS.

SON OF A BAKER | SAN SOUCI, SYDNEY | SUMMER 2018 | BY INVITATION

This will be my second visit to Son of a Baker. The first visit I was drawn in by a Ruby Poached Pear, something similar to what Marcus had done at Chimichurri; today, it is Watermelon and Feta Salad.

KATIPO | BONDI, SYDNEY | SPRING 2018 | BY INVITATION

KATIPO | BONDI, SYDNEY | SPRING 2018 | BY INVITATION

The vibes at KATIPO is kind of like having a hipster dude on a push bike walk into your store in the 90s, takes off his helmet and coat, order a coffee, sit by the fireplace, pull out a book to read it, and has never left; and that’s a good thing - KATIPO is a place you can be in for hours, because you never feel rushed to do anything at all.

SQUIRES LANDING | THE ROCKS, SYDNEY | SPRING 2018 | BY INVITATION (SAVANNAH PR)

Bon Voyage, today I take the path less travelled and going to The Squires Landing, of James Squires.

According to their website: The Squire’s Landing is Australia’s flagship James Squire Brewhouse. Developed in collaboration with renowned hospitality group, Mantle Group Hospitality, The Squire’s Landing tells the legend of James Squire; a convict on the First Fleet but perhaps more importantly, Australia’s first brewer.

BREWRISTAS | DARLINGHURST, SYDNEY | SPRING 2018 | AMBASSADORSHIP (IF&WHEN)

BREWRISTAS | DARLINGHURST, SYDNEY | SPRING 2018 | AMBASSADORSHIP (IF&WHEN)

Good. Wholesome. Simple and delicious.

There are four adequate adjectives that describe the corner cafe in Darlinghurst, Sydney. This local coffee house not only does an incredible Cold Drip coffee, but some of the best eggs on toast I’ve ever had, and it’s all down to just a pinch of salt.
