Happy Mardi Gras to Australia! Celebrate joyously tonight, and keep the party going the next day with coffee and BRUNCH. If you’re in Balmain, I suggest you try God’s Creation, an Italian restaurant turned cafe during the day, cooking up breakfast with an Italian spin.
Scallop Delux - my favourite! Eggs Benedict styled bacon hash brown with avocado casa;
Black Truffle Eggs on Toast with San Daniele Proscuitto, Slow Roasted Tomato and Parmesan cheese;
Garden Jenga with Sweetcorn Cake, Balsamic Mushrooms, Rocket, Tomato - served with an egg;
French Toast with bacon, maple syrup and pistachio.
They also have an in-house bakery - their pastries are so delicious! 🥐
