I’ve had truffle on soft serve, truffle on cafe brunch, but I’ve never had truffle on Vietnamese fusion food - before now.
Hello Auntie is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant that serves traditional and contemporary dishes inspired by the team’s personal views and experiences. Their menu is designed to place the diner outside their comfort zone and have them on a unique culinary adventure.

Chicken & corn spring rolls with mayo and padano. Amazing flavour, made even better with the cheese. Definitely dip generously in the fish sauce provided.
‘Bo la lot’ grilled ground wagyu wrapped in betel leaf. Oh wow, this is so tender and juicy, with just enough spice, and bursting with sweetness and tang. The flavour resembles a satay chicken.
Truffle Fried Rice and Onsen Egg. Fried Rice can be a hit and miss, but we hit this hard. The secret comes down to the aromas, and this has so much of it. A great dish to share. Make sure you stir in the creamy egg before serving!
Truffle Egg Noodles with Proscuitto and Coriander oil. An interesting combination indeed. I wasn’t terribly sold on the proscuitto, nonetheless with the fish sauce, it grew on me.
