Cones aren’t just for ice-cream you know 🐔
P’Nut Noodles, previously known as Wok on Inn, is an Asian street food restaurant with influences from various cuisines from South East Asia. The restaurant recently to P’Nut, which is a combination of "P” - respect, and “Nut” - the name of the Executive Chef.
Their popular snack item, Chicken in a Cone, is one PNut’s newest creations.
Loving the creativity behind the concept, a crispy waffle cone filled with popcorn chicken pieces, drenched in sweet plum sauce and sriracha mayonnaise 🔥 All the savoury, sweet, and spicy notes really hit the spot, all the way to the sweet saucy bottom. The snack is also afforable at under $10, has no wastage aspect, and easy to eat.
I was also able to try their Laksa with chicken. What I loved most about it was the texture of the laksa soup. An authentic laksa is thick, not watery. The dish was spicy with a good amount of heat. The chicken pieces were soft and tender. Would definitely eat again.
And as seen in the photos, even the decor at the Zetland restaurant is just awesome, reminiscent of the street food markets of Thailand.
