Did I just sound like a PR piece? Valid - for Valet Cafe in Cabramatta has such a delicious food menu it’s even worth travelling 3 public transport exchanges on a trackwork Sunday for. The food is fun pan-asian, with exciting theatrics including flames, dry ice, pouring opportunities and vibrant drinks and desserts.
What we had:
Mooping Pork Ribs - they’ll set this on fire FYI 🔥;
Milk Tea Brick Toast - this will come with dry ice, blink and you’ll miss - we did;
Salmon Soba Salad - because who doesn’t love a salad drenched in sesame;
Aunty’s Baked Eggs - my FAV DISH - the Chinese sausage is my weakness;
Creme Brûlée French Toast - this was AMAZING AF with the rich savoury + sweetness;
Potato Croquettes - lets see... potato on cheese... umm YESSSSS 😆
I’ve been here twice, and both times it has been good.
The highlight of the experience was definitely having many food options that were not only delicious but also creative. I like the dry ice addition to the meal, it definitely gives this place a unique point of difference.
